Quickprint services are great for smaller jobs with a fast approaching deadline. If your job is on the larger side and you have more than three weeks before the job is needed you may want to take the commercial route. You may email ugs@calpoly.edu your files for any job inquiries or questions!

Commercial jobs involve any of our print services, from perfect bound books to stickers and flyers. This route is ideal if your job is larger (typically greater than 30 pieces) and if the deadline for the job is not within a week or less.
Commercial orders can be placed by emailing ugssales@calpoly.edu. Note that we are a student run operation, please anticipate 2-3 days to receive quotes from the time all project specifications are received.

How do I get a quote for vinyl stickers?
Email our Specialty Managers at ugsspecialty@calpoly.edu and specify the desired dimensions and quantity of stickers.
What is the preferred file format?
For stickers the preferred file format is .pdf or native files (Ex .ai)
What is the average turnaround time for stickers?
For quantities of 300 or less stickers the turnaround time is around one week once the quote is approved and the files have been received.
What type of material is used for stickers?
We use a vinyl material and print using UV inks. The stickers are waterproof and are light/fade resistant.
Can you do vinyl transfer stickers?
Unfortunately, we do not have the transfer materials at this time so we cannot produce them.
How do I get a quote for t-shirts?
Email our Specialty Managers at ugsspecialty@calpoly.edu and specify the quantity desired, the number of colors required, and if there is more than one area that needs to be printed.
Can I bring in my own shirts to get screen printed?
You may, but we advise against it because of the possibility of error during the printing process. When we order shirts we can order extra in case of mistakes.
What is the average turnaround time for screen printing?
This varies based on the number of shirts, the average is 2-3 weeks.
